How To Customize:
1.Designing Program–When received sales orders from exhibition or sales, the designers would design according to the size of the customers’ house, then refer the design drawing, as order program, to factory when obtained consent from the customers, including color of decided panel, CAD, 3D drawing, etc.
2.Examining Program–The drawing design from designers usually has no problem, but the design size is easy to be wrong in custom furniture, so there are technical staff examining drawing program in factory.
3.BOM–It is bill of material, with list of hardware, list of outsourcing, etc. The process will be disassemble by professional staff or system after examining plan, which is the necessary precondition to ensure overall practice of production schema.
4.Other Process File–Installation diagram, packaging plan and components processing craft flow chart, product instructions. Components processing craft flow chart should cover description, specification, quantity, material, lot number, machining points of for attention, special iteration exit criteria, hours, process and serial number.
5.Professional Production–Finished the former steps, all the files needed in processes should be prepared, and refer to corresponding production departments to cut board, punch hole, seal edge and other processes.
